Terms and conditions
www.sallamanor.com (hereinafter referred to as the Web Shop) is owned by Exit Trade and Cargo OÜ (registry code: 12550438), located at Lääne-Virumaa, Väike-Maarja municipality, Salla Manor, 46302.
Validity of the sales contract, information on goods and price
The terms and conditions for sale are valid for purchasing goods from the Web Shop.
The prices of the goods sold at the Web Shop (in euros) are indicated by the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price.
The fee for the delivery of goods depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed for the buyer upon completing the order.
Information on the goods is displayed in the Web Shop directly by the goods.
Completing the order
To order the goods, add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required data fields and select the suitable delivery method. Thereafter, the amount of the fee is displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another payment solution.
The contract will enter into force from the moment when the payable sum is received at the bank account of the Web Shop.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the fact that the goods have run out or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at first opportunity and the paid money will be returned (including the cost of delivery of goods) without delay, but not later than within 14 days from the sending of the notice.
Payment methods
All payments on Sallamanor.com are carried out via Maksekeskus. It is possible to pay through the bank links of Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank and PocoPay.
All payments are conducted in euros and are withdrawn from the payer’s bank account in euros.
The bank link payments are intermediated by Maksekeskus AS on the basis of an agreement.
The Web Shop is the chief processor of the personal data, the Web Shop sends the personal data necessary for carrying out payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
Delivery
The goods are delivered to different countries. Mainly to Estonia, Finland and the EU.
The delivery costs of the goods are paid by the buyer and the respective price information is displayed by the method of delivery.
Deliveries inside Estonia generally arrive at the destination indicated by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia are completed within 3-7 calendar days. Orders are completed within the maximum of three working days, after which the goods are sent to the addressee via the service provider selected by the customer (deliveries inside Estonia generally arrive at the destination on the day after mailing of the package).
In exceptional cases, the Web Shop has the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer might not have the right of withdrawal, but the respective products and services must be listed and they must meet the conditions set out in Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act].
The right of withdrawal shall not be applicable if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods cannot be used for purposes other than necessary for ascertaining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner allowed to test the goods in a physical shop.
If goods are used for purposes other than necessary for ascertaining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or it shows signs of use or wear, the Web Shop shall have the right to reduce the amount of refund according to the decreased value of the goods.
To return the goods, you must submit a request for withdrawing from the purchasing of the goods and send it to email address info@sallamanor.com no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
The cost of returning the goods are covered by the buyer, except in case if the reason for returning lies in the fact that the item subject to returning is not compliant to what was ordered (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
The buyer is required to return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the request or submit a certificate that they have transferred the goods to the carrier of goods within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Web Shop will refund all the fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract without any delay, but not later than after 14 days from the receipt of the return request.
The Web Shop may refuse to refund until they have received the item that is subject of the contract or until the buyer has submitted proof that they have sent the item back, depending on which is earlier.
If the buyer has clearly selected a method of delivery of the item that differs from the cheapest option suggested by the Web Shop, the Web Shop is not required to refund to the consumer the expense that exceeds the cost related to the regular method of delivery.
The Web Shop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request return of the goods by the buyer if the price of the goods indicated at the Web Shop is erroneously significantly under the market price of the goods.
Right to submit claims
The Web Shop is responsible for the incompliance with the contractual conditions or deficiencies of the goods sold to the buyer, which existed already at the moment of transfer of the item and that are revealed during up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Of that, within the first six months from the transfer of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed already at the moment of transfer. Refuting the said presumption is the obligation of the Web Shop.
If deficiencies are revealed, the buyer has the right to contact the Web Shop within no later than two months by sending an email to info@sallamanor.com or calling to +372 5364 8800.
The Web Shop is not responsible for the deficiencies that have occurred after the goods have been transferred to the buyer.
If an item purchased from the Web Shop has defects for which the Web Shop is responsible, the Web Shop shall repair or replace the goods with the defects. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Web Shop shall return all fees related to the sales contract to the Web Shop.
The Web Shop will reply to the claims sent by the consumer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Processing of personal data
The Web Shop uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, email address, bank data) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The Web Shop sends the personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver goods.
Resolution of disputes
If a buyer has any claims against the Web Shop, they must be sent by email to info@sallamanor.com
If a buyer and Web Shop are unable to resolve a dispute by way of agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The terms and conditions for the processing can be reviewed and applications can be submitted HERE. It is within the competence of the Consumer Disputes Commission to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Web Shop. Review of the buyer’s claim in the commission is free of charge.
